Residential Remodeling Technician Brothers Kitchen & Bath | South Jersey $18.50-$35/hour (Based on Experience)Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Growth Opportunities Brothers Kitchen & Bath is a rapidly growing residential remodeling company specializing in high-end kitchens and bathroom remodels throughout South Jersey. We take pride in craftsmanship, professionalism, communication, and treating our clients' homes with respect. We're looking for a Residential Remodeling Technician who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality, and wants to build a long-term career (!!!!) —not just find another construction job. Responsibilities (And What You'll Receive OUR Training to do) Perform bathroom and kitchen demolition while protecting clients' homes. Install waterproofing systems for showers and tub surrounds. Assist lead foremen with tile installation, carpentry, layout, and other detailed remodeling tasks. Assist with basic plumbing, including fixture installation and rough plumbing support. Install basic trim, baseboard, casing, and molding. Perform small drywall repairs when needed, caulking, and painting. Load, unload, and transport materials and tools. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite every day. Communicate professionally with homeowners and represent the company with courtesy and respect. Work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of craftsmanship. Qualifications Residential remodeling experience preferred. Comfortable performing demolition and physically demanding work. Basic knowledge of plumbing, trim carpentry, drywall, and painting. Ability to safely lift 80+ pounds. Strong work ethic with attention to detail. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Ability to work well as part of a team. Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy.
