Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Teacher to join our team! Our school is committed to creating a nurturing, engaging, and high-quality learning environment for young children. We are looking for an experienced educator who is flexible, team-oriented, and excited to support children's growth across various early childhood age groups.
What You'll Do:
Create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment Support children through potty training with consistency and care Implement our proprietary curriculum and follow provided lesson plans Adapt activities to meet the needs of individual learners while maintaining curriculum fidelity Model positive behavior guidance and classroom management Build strong relationships with children, families, and team members Mentor and collaborate with assistant teachers Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and licensing standards
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience working in childcare Confident in classroom management Strong classroom management and leadership skills Warm, patient, and dependable personality Excellent communication skills Education Requirements (one required):
Associate's Degree Bachelor's Degree CDA Certification What We Offer:
