We specialize in high-quality interior and exterior painting, trim work, and related carpentry services. If your crew delivers consistent excellence, we want to build a long-term partnership with steady work year-round. What We're Looking For We only partner with professional, dependable crews who uphold the highest standards: Fully licensed and registered as a New Jersey Home Improvement Contractor (NJ HIC) with current registration. Proper insurance coverage (General Liability minimum $1M preferred, Workers' Compensation). Professional appearance and conduct on job sites (neat uniforms, clean vehicles, respectful of clients and property). Drug-free workplace - Clean background and commitment to safety. Own full set of professional tools , equipment (including sprayers, ladders, scaffolding as needed), and reliable transportation with proper insurance. Proven experience in residential interior/exterior painting, preparation, and finish work. Strong communication skills and ability to complete jobs on time and within budget. Ability to provide references from previous general contractors or clients. Responsibilities Perform high-quality painting and related prep/finish work on assigned projects. Manage your own crew (2-6 painters typical). Maintain job site cleanliness and professionalism. Coordinate scheduling and communicate progress with our team. Deliver 5-star customer experiences.
