Job Description

Job Title:
Experienced Bathroom Installer and Remodeler Shore Construction is seeking an experienced independent contractor to complete residential bathroom renovations. We are looking for a dependable installer who can manage single bathroom remodeling projects from demolition through final completion. The ideal candidate should be comfortable completing most of the work independently while maintaining professional workmanship and a clean jobsite. Responsibilities Complete residential bathroom renovations from start to finish Perform demolition, framing, drywall, cement board, waterproofing, trim, and finish work Install showers, tubs, vanities, toilets, flooring, fixtures, doors, and accessories Complete basic plumbing connections when fixtures and plumbing locations are not being moved Replace shower controls, faucets, toilets, sinks, and drain connections as permitted Complete basic electrical fixture connections when wiring and fixture locations are not being moved Coordinate with licensed plumbers and electricians when required Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite Communicate progress, material needs, and potential issues with the project manager Complete projects according to the agreed schedule and scope of work Qualifications Proven experience completing residential bathroom renovations Strong knowledge of waterproofing and proper shower installation Experience with basic plumbing and electrical fixture connections Ability to complete projects independently with minimal supervision Reliable transportation and ability to travel within approximately 60 miles Must provide your own standard tools and equipment Must be dependable, professional, and responsive Must have general liability insurance and appropriate contractor credentials References and photos of completed bathroom projects are required Compensation Independent contractor compensation is based on the project scope, experience, and agreed labor price.
Pay:
$40.00 - $50.00 per hour
