Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Scaffold Builder to join our construction team and contribute to the successful execution of construction projects. As a vital member of our crew, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and dismantling scaffolding structures that ensure safe access to elevated work areas. Your expertise will help facilitate a variety of building tasks, from framing and roofing to exterior finishes and interior renovations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects while maintaining the highest safety standards and craftsmanship. Duties Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding systems according to project specifications and safety protocols Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to determine scaffold layout and placement Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to assemble scaffolding structures efficiently Collaborate with carpenters, masons, electricians, and other trades to support various construction activities such as window installation, drywall work, or roofing Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding for stability, safety compliance, and structural integrity throughout the project lifecycle Assist in the installation of building materials including stucco, siding, glass panels, cabinets, or flooring as needed Follow all safety guidelines diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environment on outdoor or indoor sites Qualifications Proven experience in construction with a focus on scaffold building or related roles such as framing or carpentry Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans accurately Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation relevant to scaffolding and general construction tasks Knowledge of safety protocols specific to scaffold assembly and working at heights Familiarity with construction management practices including estimating, inspection, and project coordination is a plus Experience working on construction projects or similar outdoor environments is highly desirable Strong understanding of building materials installation such as roofing, masonry, tile laying, drywall finishing, or window installation Capable of interpreting technical drawings related to electrical systems or plumbing when necessary Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively across trades and disciplines Join us as a Scaffold Builder if you're passionate about creating safe work environments while contributing your craftsmanship to exciting construction projects.
