Job Description

Company Overview:
We are a high-quality remodeling company serving Western New York, specializing in frame-to-finish work where everything must be done right . We take pride in craftsmanship, precision, and attention to detail across all trades.
Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Foreman who is confident in leading crews and equally comfortable with every aspect of construction—from framing and electrical to plumbing, flooring, tile, cabinetry, trim, and final finish work. This role requires hands-on skills, leadership, and the ability to manage projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
MUST BE ATTENTIVE TO FINE DETAILS AND TIMELINES
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate job sites from setup to completion Perform work across multiple trades as needed (carpentry, drywall, electrical, plumbing, flooring, tile, cabinetry, painting, etc.) Read and interpret blueprints and specifications Ensure quality standards are met in all phases of work Manage crew schedules and subcontractors Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site Communicate with clients and management effectively
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years experience in residential remodeling Proficiency in all major trades (frame-to-finish) Strong leadership and project management skills Valid driver's license; ability to drive box trucks and trailers Problem-solving skills and a "get it done right the first time" mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$20.00 - $40.00 per hour
