We provide high-quality residential interior renovations, remodeling, and repair services throughout the Buffalo area. What You'll Do Perform residential interior renovation projects including kitchens, bathrooms, and general repairs Complete drywall hanging, taping, mudding, sanding, and finishing Repair drywall damage, cracks, holes, and water-damaged areas Perform plaster repairs, skim coating, and wall restoration Match existing wall and ceiling textures for seamless repairs Install and repair drywall, ceilings, and interior surfaces Perform kitchen and bathroom remodeling tasks including demolition, installation, and finishing work Install cabinets, vanities, trim, baseboards, and other finish materials Complete tile, backsplash, flooring, and fixture installation as needed Perform interior painting and surface preparation Complete finish carpentry and detailed interior work Prepare work areas and maintain clean, organized job sites Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment Communicate professionally with homeowners and supervisors Deliver high-quality workmanship with attention to detail on every project What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years of drywall, plaster, remodeling, or interior finishing experience Strong knowledge of drywall hanging, taping, mudding, sanding, and finishing Experience with plaster repair, skim coating, and texture matching Experience with kitchen and bathroom renovations preferred Knowledge of cabinetry, tile, flooring, fixtures, and finish work is a plus Interior painting and finish carpentry experience is a plus Ability to work independently and efficiently Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work Reliable, professional, and customer-focused Valid driver's license with reliable transportation Ability to lift materials and perform physical work throughout the day What We Offer $30.00•40.00 per hour , based on experience and skill level Time-and-a-half overtime pay Health insurance 401(k) retirement plan Company vehicle provided (for qualified employees) Company tools provided Paid time off and paid holidays Full-time, year-round employment Monday-Friday schedule Opportunities for advancement and continued skill development Professional, supportive team environment Why Buffalo's Best Roofing & Concrete?
