Experienced Construction & Remodeling Team Member We're looking for a dependable, skilled construction team member who takes pride in quality work. Our projects include kitchen and bathroom remodels, flooring, and general residential construction. If you enjoy hands-on work, solving problems, and seeing a project come together, we'd like to hear from you. What You'll Do Work with our team on a variety of construction and remodeling tasks, including: Flooring installation, including LVP, laminate, and tile. Tile showers, backsplashes, and floors, including proper preparation and waterproofing. Drywall installation, finishing, and repairs. Interior and exterior painting, including surface preparation. Framing, trim work, doors, and windows. Cabinet and vanity installation. Kitchen and bathroom renovations. Plumbing and electrical tasks appropriate to your qualifications and required supervision. Demolition, material handling, and jobsite cleanup. What We're Looking For Hands-on experience in residential construction and remodeling. Strong skills in several of the trades listed above and a willingness to keep learning. Ability to complete assigned work independently and work well with a team. Attention to detail and a commitment to doing the job correctly. Ability to measure accurately, follow directions, and use tools safely. Dependability, punctuality, and reliable transportation to job sites. Respect for customers, their homes, and your coworkers. Ability to handle the physical tasks of construction work safely. You don't need to be an expert in every trade, but you should have solid remodeling experience and be ready to contribute.
