Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Remodeling Crew Member to join our construction team. This role involves working on various residential remodeling projects, utilizing a wide range of construction skills and tools. The ideal candidate will have experience in multiple aspects of construction, including bathroom/kitchen remodeling, carpentry, drywall, tiling, flooring and finishing techniques. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to diverse projects while honing your craft in a dynamic environment. Duties Assist in demolition, framing, and structural modifications for remodeling projects Install and repair flooring, tile, cabinetry, doors, windows, and trim carpentry Perform drywall installation, drywall mud, and painting preparation Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently on various tasks Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols at all times Qualifications Basic experience in construction or remodeling projects with an understanding of construction management principles Proficiency with hand tools, power tools Knowledge of various trades including carpentry (frame carpentry, trim carpentry), flooring installation, tile laying, cabinet installation, restoration work, is highly desirable Ability to perform demolition and structural modifications safely and effectively Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of remodeling work Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately Join our team to be part of exciting remodeling projects that transform spaces while developing your skills across multiple trades. Pay:
