We have an immediate opening for an experienced Residential Painter for our apartment community in Canton, OH. Specific qualifications for the Painter position: 2 years of experience in residential painting. Experience with plaster and texturing ceilings and walls. Ability to understand basic instructions and follow a checklist of tasks. Operate basic hand tools essential for painting. Ability to function well independently as well as part of a team and have strong multitasking skills. Must be able to lift objects weighing 25 lbs or more on a regular basis. Must have a valid Driver's License. Must have reliable transportation to commute between apartment buildings.
