Home Remodeling Floater / Material Runner Full-Time | $20-$25/hr |
Columbus, OH & Surrounding Areas Required:

About the Role We're hiring a Remodeling Floater / Material Runner to keep our projects moving. You'll support crews by delivering materials, helping on job sites, hauling jobsite debris, and handling small repair/handyman and punch-list work. This role involves regular use of your own truck/van for trailer towing, material runs, and debris hauling. This role has lots of variety and is a great fit for someone who can roll with changes, jump in wherever needed, switch gears quickly throughout the day, and bring a humble, coachable attitude to the work. Responsibilities Pick up and deliver materials to job sites Assist crews with demo, prep, cleanup, and punch-list work Complete small handyman repairs and warranty work Support active remodel projects (kitchens, baths, basements, etc.) Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized Load, tow, and dispose of jobsite trash/debris (landfill runs required) Float between crews/job sites based on needs Occasionally assist with shop tasks and organization Requirements Truck + ability to safely tow a trailer (used regularly) Valid driver's license and clean driving record 1+ year residential remodeling/construction experience (preferred) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and handle materials Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable, organized, and self-motivated Able to work independently and with a team Coachable with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow Bonus Skills Handyman experience Carpentry, drywall, paint, flooring, trim Basic tools Bilingual (English/Spanish) Pay & Benefits $20-$25/hour (based on experience) Mileage reimbursement Referral bonus program Growth opportunities as the company expands Supportive, family-oriented team culture Steady, year-round work
