Columbus:

This role is responsible for producing high-quality drywall finishes in a fast-paced manufacturing/construction environment. The ideal candidate has a very high attention to detail, takes pride in craftsmanship, works efficiently, and maintains a strong focus on safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Tape, mud, sand, and finish drywall to a smooth, paint-ready surface Apply joint compound using hand and power tools Repair drywall imperfections, cracks, and surface defects Read and follow drawings, work orders, and production specifications Maintain a clean and organized work area Adhere to safety standards and company procedures Collaborate with production and installation teams to meet deadlines

Qualifications:

3+ years of drywall finishing experience preferred Strong knowledge of drywall finishing techniques and materials Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and finishing equipment High attention to detail and quality Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a production, modular, or commercial construction environment Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
