Job Description Looking for a Punch List professional responsible for inspecting construction work, documenting any incomplete or deficient items, completing items like caulking, Touch up drywall, touch up painting, minimal carpentry and troubleshooting along with ensuring all tasks are resolved before project handover. This often involves coordinating with various subcontractors, quality control teams, and project managers to track progress and verify corrective actions. Depending on the applicants schedule, it would be assumed that the work week would be 20-30 hours with the possibility of more hours depending on the knowledge of the applicant. Could lead to full time position Must have valid drivers license and clean driving record Reliable transportattion required for travel between properties Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently to complete task without input or constant supervision Must be able to effectivly communicate and provide great customer service to our residents Capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and preform various physical task. Basic phone application knowledge necessary.

Pay:

$22.50 - $25.00 per hour
