Job Description
Greenworks Remodeling, LLC is seeking experienced bathroom remodeling subcontractors for ongoing residential projects throughout Toledo and the surrounding areas . We have steady, year-round work available. We are looking for dependable, professional remodelers interested in building a long-term working relationship—not just picking up an occasional project. Required Experience Applicants must be proficient in:
- Residential plumbing
- Basic residential electrical work
- Drywall hanging, finishing, and repair
- Flooring installation
- Interior painting
- Finish carpentry
- Trim, fixture, and accessory installation Ceramic and porcelain tile experience is not required, but it is definitely a major bonus. What We Provide Every project will include:
- Complete 3D views of the finished bathroom
- A detailed written scope of work
- A line-item work order
- Clearly defined subcontractor compensation before the project begins
- Material and project specifications
- Organized scheduling and project expectations You will know exactly what work is expected and exactly what the job pays before accepting the project. Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Proper tools and equipment
- Proven bathroom remodeling experience
- Ability to complete quality work on schedule
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Clean, professional appearance
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized jobsite
