Job Type:
Full-Time We are seeking reliable Maintenance & Construction Technicians to join our team! In this role, you'll drive throughout the city of Pittsburgh to perform routine maintenance, quick repairs, and light construction work across various property locations. Willing to discuss use of company vehicle for some travel.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive to designated properties across Pittsburgh to complete assigned work orders. Perform routine repair work, including minor plumbing, drywall repair, painting, basic electrical, and carpentry. Assist with light renovation and general construction tasks as needed. Maintain equipment, keep tools and materials organized, and troubleshoot on-site issues.
