Position Location:
Carnegie, PA 15106 (ONSITE position) Part-Time - Monday through Friday 6:30AM to 10:30
AM Pay Rate:
$19.50/hr
Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs administrative and clerical tasks as needed; Assists Scheduling and Operations Managers with the scheduling of PT employees in open assignments; Creates and modifies shifts in the scheduling software; Communicates with Operations Team whenever there's a conflict in scheduling; Keeps Operations Team informed of schedule changes, gaps and needs - must be team oriented; Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of administrative experience supporting operations (preferred); Ability to work independently with the capability of adapting to changing priorities; Ability to multi-task, with close attention to detail and strong organizational skills; Demonstrates dependability, good judgment and problem-solving skills; Excellent oral and written communication, customer service and interpersonal skills; Must be able to pass background proceedings and drug screening.
