We specialize exclusively in residential projects, providing reliable, professional, and quality workmanship for homeowners throughout the area. We are currently looking for an experienced contractor with at least 5 years of experience who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and is dependable and professional. A valid driver's license is required. We offer competitive rates, steady work, and the opportunity to grow with a hardworking local company. If you have the experience, skills, and reliability we're looking for, we'd like to hear from you! •You MUST have a valid driving licensee and reliable transportation •You MUST be able to work in Philadelphia, Bucks county, Montgomery county, Chester and Delaware county. The majority of our jobs reside in Philadelphia, Glenside and Montgomery county. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings to determine material needs and layout. Perform residential carpentry, framing, trim, cabinet, and fixture installations with precise measurements and quality control. Measure, cut, fit, and install windows, drywall, glass materials, and related components; handle glass safely. Operate hand tools and equipment; maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites; handle materials with proper lifting techniques. Collaborate with estimators, site supervisors, and team members to ensure on-time project progression and adherence to specifications. Complete tasks in accordance with industry standards, codes, and safety regulations; document progress and any changes.
