We are looking for a highly skilled, well-rounded remodeling professional who can take responsibility for a kitchen or bathroom project from start to finish. The ideal person is not limited to one trade. We are looking for someone with strong hands-on experience across multiple areas of residential remodeling who can understand the full project, coordinate the work, troubleshoot problems, and deliver a finished product at a high standard. What This Role Looks Like You may be responsible for taking a bathroom or kitchen through multiple stages of the project, including: Demolition and preparation Framing and blocking Drywall and wall repairs Finish carpentry Cabinet and vanity installation Doors, trim, baseboard, and molding Hardware installation Plumbing fixture installation Toilets, faucets, sinks, traps, drains, and supply connections Light fixture installation Mirrors and bathroom accessories Minor electrical finish work Tile-related repairs and finishing Caulking and final detailing Paint and drywall touch-ups Appliance installation and adjustments Cabinet and door adjustments Troubleshooting installation problems Testing plumbing, electrical, fixtures, drains, appliances, and completed work Completing final punch lists Preparing the project for final client walkthrough Who We Are Looking For We are looking for a true kitchen and bathroom remodeling professional . Someone who can walk into a project, understand the drawings and scope, identify what needs to happen next, and keep the project moving without needing constant supervision. You should be comfortable taking ownership of a project and solving problems as they come up.
