In this role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality seamless gutters that protect homes and commercial buildings from water damage. Your expertise will ensure precise measurements, proper installation, and customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, develop your construction skills, and contribute to the safety and durability of our clients' properties. Responsibilities Measure and interpret blueprint specifications to determine gutter lengths and placement accurately Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and heavy equipment safely to install seamless gutters on various structures Follow construction plans and schematics to ensure proper alignment and secure attachment of gutters Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and fitting materials for optimal installation quality Fabricate custom gutter sections as needed to fit unique building features or architectural details Perform quality inspections during and after installation to ensure adherence to safety standards and customer expectations Communicate effectively with clients regarding project progress, timelines, and maintenance tips Skills Proficiency with blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans for accurate installation Experience with gutter installation, roofing, framing carpentry, or related construction fields Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, ladders, and heavy equipment safely Knowledge of building materials including metal siding, trim carpentry, caulking, drywall, stucco, and masonry components Familiarity with construction estimating, inspection procedures, and schematic interpretation Strong understanding of dimensional measurements and following blueprint specifications precisely Customer service skills to address client questions professionally during project execution Experience with fabrication techniques for custom gutter sections or related metalwork Basic plumbing or electrical experience is a plus for integrated drainage or lighting considerations Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately for seamless project execution Join our team as a Seamless Gutter Installer if you are passionate about craftsmanship, eager to learn new skills in construction management and installation techniques, and committed to delivering top-quality results.
