We are looking for a skilled Drywall Repair Technician who takes pride in their craftsmanship and can represent our brand with professionalism in customers' homes. Responsibilities Perform high-quality drywall repairs including: Small drywall patches Medium and large drywall repairs Ceiling repairs and water damage repairs Texture matching (knockdown, orange peel, smooth, etc.) Prepare job sites including protecting floors, furniture, and surrounding areas Mix and apply joint compound, sand surfaces, and finish patches to a paint-ready condition Install drywall where necessary for larger repairs Communicate clearly with customers about the repair process and expected results Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site Accurately document completed work and job details Ensure repairs meet company quality standards Qualifications 3+ Years Experience In drywall repair Strong knowledge of drywall patching and texture matching Ability to complete most drywall repairs independently Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ pounds Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Professional appearance and customer-friendly attitude Reliable transportation to company vehicle pickup location (if applicable) Experience working in residential homes Experience matching spray textures and hand textures Basic painting or finishing experience How to Apply Submit your resume with details about your drywall repair experience.
