Minimum Qualifications:

Valid business license General liability insurance (and workers comp, if applicable) Relevant trade licenses/certifications (as required by trade) Demonstrated experience in your field (restoration experience a plus) Ability to meet project timelines and maintain quality standards Reliable transportation and necessary tools/equipment Strong communication and professionalism when interacting with clients and team members Willingness to follow scope, documentation, and safety requirements Preferred (but not required): Experience working with insurance claims and restoration scopes Familiarity with Xactimate or similar estimating platforms

$25.00 - $40.00 per hour
