Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Installer to join our dynamic construction team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for executing precise installation tasks across a variety of projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. Your expertise will help bring construction visions to life, from framing and cabinetry to complex fixture and custom trim installations. If you take pride in delivering top-notch results, we want to hear from you! Duties Read and interpret work orders, and technical drawings to accurately execute installation tasks. Install fixtures, cabinetry, doors, trim carpentry, flooring, and other building components with precision. Operate hand tools, and power tools, safely and efficiently. Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations. Collaborate with project managers on construction management tasks such as estimating timeframes and resource needs. Perform quality control checks during installation processes like caulking, painting, flooring finishing, welding, and masonry work. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times. Experience Proven hands-on experience in construction installation roles across various trades such as drywall, painting, carpentry, trim work, plumbing, electrical, or masonry. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics interpretation. Familiarity with construction management principles and estimating techniques is a plus. Drywall installation and trim work experiance is a must. Background in construction site supervision or inspection is advantageous but not mandatory. Ability to adapt quickly to different project requirements while maintaining high-quality standards. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive approach to safety and efficiency. Must have own power tools and hand tools.
