$45,000-$60,000/year, based on experience and skill set Full-Time | Year-Round Work | Aberdeen, SD Aberdeen Property Management is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our maintenance and remodeling team. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in their work, shows up when expected, and is willing to learn and take direction. Previous experience in construction, maintenance, remodeling, or the trades is preferred, but not required. Responsibilities Our team handles a wide variety of maintenance, remodeling, and construction work, including: General property maintenance and repairs Apartment and home remodels Carpentry and framing Plumbing repairs Drywall, painting, and flooring Roofing, siding, windows, and exterior work Unit turns Concrete and property improvements Snow removal Assisting with larger renovation and construction projects What We're Looking For Previous experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person. We're looking for someone who: Is dependable and shows up on time Is respectful and professional Takes pride in the quality of their work Is willing to learn and take direction Works well independently and as part of a team Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic Communicates well with coworkers and tenants Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Can pass a background check Experience in carpentry, plumbing, roofing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, flooring, concrete, general construction, remodeling, or other trades is a plus.
