This is not a "punch the clock" role. Our technicians are trusted to follow the assigned schedule, complete jobs on time, and deliver high-quality work in customers' homes and businesses. Who This Role Is For You take full ownership of your jobs from start to finish You show up on time, every time —no reminders needed You do what it takes to get the job done on schedule , even when challenges come up You maintain a calm, professional attitude with customers and teammates You communicate clearly and handle feedback without defensiveness You take pride in clean, high-quality work Who This Role Is NOT For People who need to be managed closely or reminded to stay on schedule People who make excuses when problems arise instead of solving them People who become frustrated, argumentative, or unprofessional with customers People who cut corners or leave jobs unfinished People who struggle with punctuality or reliability Core Responsibilities Complete drywall repairs, patching, finishing, and texture matching to a high standard Follow assigned schedules and ensure jobs are completed on time Communicate proactively if issues arise—no surprises Maintain a clean, respectful work environment in customers' homes, following our prescribed procedures. Technical Requirements Minimum of 3 years experience in drywall hanging, installation, patching, repair, finishing, and texture matching Painting experience preferred Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Own basic hand tools Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening How We Operate We work in occupied homes— professionalism, respect, and attitude matter We operate on tight schedules— being late is not acceptable We trust our technicians to follow through and take ownership of results We value team members who stay solution-focused and composed under pressure Application Instructions (Read Carefully) To apply, include a brief note answering the following: Tell us about a time you were behind schedule on a job.
