Job Description
Minimum requirement: 5 years of underground construction experience, including sewer, storm drain, pipe, or utility work. Applicants without this experience may not be considered. Moore Construction Co., Inc. is hiring an experienced Underground Utility Foreman to lead crews on local storm drain, sanitary sewer, and underground utility projects in the Clarksville area. We are looking for a dependable leader who takes pride in quality work, safety, and getting the job done right. Responsibilities Lead and supervise underground utility crews. Coordinate daily work activities, equipment, and materials. Read and understand plans, blueprints, and grade requirements. Oversee installation of storm sewer, sanitary sewer, pipe, and drainage systems. Maintain a safe, organized, and productive job site. Communicate with project managers, inspectors, and crew members. Train and support operators and laborers. Complete daily reports and job documentation. Qualifications 5+ years of underground utility experience (Required) Previous Foreman or Crew Leader experience. Knowledge of sewer, storm drain, excavation, and trench safety. Ability to read plans and understand grades. Strong leadership and communication skills. Valid Driver's License required. CDL is a plus. Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
