Reda Home Builders is a locally owned construction company specializing in new residential construction, and multi-family housing. We are seeking a detail-oriented, skilled, and reliable punch list technician to join our construction crew. You will play a critical role in the final stages of home construction, ensuring that every home meets our high standards of quality and craftmanship before final handover to the homebuyer. Job Type:
Full-time Schedule:
Monday through Friday 7:00am to 5:00pm (7.5 Hours of Overtime Weekly) Evenings and Weekends as needed
Hourly:
Range $16.89 - $18.69 With overtime this is $45,000 - $50,000 a year with the possibility of raise after probation period has been completed

Qualifications:
2 years of experience as a punch technician or similar role is
REQUIRED
Attention to cosmetic details.
Example:
spacing, level, flush Ability to fix cosmetic imperfections.
Example:
Drywall nail pops, caulking, adjusting doors to latch correctly Professional communication skills with suppliers, vendors, subcontractors, and employees Knowledge and ability to use power tools.
Example:
Hammer Drill, Miter Saw, Trim Nailer, Air Compressor Knowledge of procedure to obtain certificate of occupancy (city and/or county) preferred Ability to run and maintain multiple schedules.
Example:
Each installation for each lot Knowledge and ability to install appliance and doorknobs preferred Ability to use an iPhone, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive Ability to lift up to 50 lbs or more, bend, kneel, and work on ladders. Excellent problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong understanding of safety regulations (OSHA) and quality assurance protocols. Must have a valid driver's license, no recent MAJOR driving incidents, and reliable transportation. Must be able to pass a pre-employment Drug Screening. Responsibilities Once drywall is complete, this person is responsible for communicating and scheduling with all vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors Inspect and follow up on all work completed to ensure accuracy and quality Fix minor cosmetic imperfections to meet quality standards Complete all steps to obtain a certificate of occupancy for home Attend blue tape walk with buyers and address any issues or changes Communicate with team members on stage and status of each lot throughout the process Update and maintain physical and electronic records
