Responsibilities:
Your Impact Design and deliver individualized, play-based treatment plans that support developmental milestones. Provide noninvasive, movement-based interventions that can reduce reliance on medication or surgery when appropriate. Create home exercise programs and coach caregivers so skills carry over into daily routines. Deliver evidence-based pediatric care with warmth, patience, and cultural sensitivity. Help kids reach functional goals like safe mobility, participation in school and play, and age-appropriate self-care. Partner closely with parents, caregivers, teachers, and our interdisciplinary team. Keep growing through mentorship, pediatric CE, and ongoing feedback.
Qualifications:
Joining Our High Pointe Therapy Team Your Experience:
Proven experience (or significant clinical rotations) as a Physical Therapist.
Your Knowledge:
Up-to-date with the latest in treatment practices.
Your Personality:
Ability to connect and manage diverse patient profiles.

Your Credentials:
Valid TN Physical Therapy License.

Pay Range:
USD $64,000.00 - USD $88,000.00 /Yr.
