Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Remodeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various remodeling tasks and a passion for transforming spaces. This role requires attention to detail, craftsmanship, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members. As a Remodeler, you will be responsible for executing renovation projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality results that meet client expectations. This is a 1099 position. Responsibilities Execute remodeling projects including residential and commercial spaces. Perform door hanging, ensuring proper alignment and functionality. Apply construction painting techniques for both interior and exterior surfaces. Work with drywall, plaster and stucco to achieve desired finishes. Install cabinets with precision, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal. Collaborate with construction management teams to ensure project timelines are met. Build structures as required by project specifications. Conduct plumbing tasks as needed to support remodeling efforts. Skills Proficiency in door hanging techniques. Experience in construction painting, drywall, plastering, and stucco application. Strong cabinet installation skills with an eye for detail. Knowledge of construction management processes and best practices. Ability to build structures according to specifications and blueprints.
