Job Description Austin Peay State University is taking applications for individuals seeking Part-time Instructor in Business Communication positions for all semesters in the Department of Management & Marketing. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Must be able to teach Business Communication courses in person or online, pending the needs of the department. Physical Requirements Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Required Minimum Qualifications
- Master's degree in Communication or master's degree (in any discipline) with at least 18 graduate semester hours in Communication; and
- Professional experience that is "current, substantial in terms of duration and level of responsibility, and clearly linked to the field" of Business Communication.
- A background search will be required of the successful applicant.
