Remodeling Technician - Dream Renovations TN Nashville, TN | Full-Time | $20-$26/hr

Dream Renovations is a locally owned remodeling company serving Nashville, Franklin, Brentwood, Murfreesboro, and the greater Middle Tennessee area. We specialize in bathroom remodels, kitchen renovations, accessibility upgrades, deck builds, and whole-home transformations. We're a small, tight-knit crew that takes pride in quality craftsmanship and treating every client's home like our own.

THE ROLE

We're looking for a reliable, skilled handyman/remodeling technician to join our crew full-time. You'll work directly on residential remodeling projects from start to finish — no two days are the same. If you take pride in your work, show up on time, and can communicate professionally with homeowners, you'll fit right in.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

∙ Bathroom remodeling — tile work, fixture installation, shower conversions, ADA/accessibility upgrades ∙ Kitchen remodeling — cabinet installation, countertop prep, backsplash tile, fixture and appliance hookups ∙ Deck construction and repairs ∙ General handyman work and punch-list items ∙ Working directly in occupied and vacant homes — professional conduct is a must

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

∙ 2-4 years of hands-on remodeling or handyman experience ∙ Comfortable with tile, carpentry, and general finish work ∙ Reliable transportation to job sites in the Nashville metro area ∙ Own basic hand tools (power tools provided as needed) ∙ Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently ∙ Professional, respectful attitude with homeowners on-site ∙ Valid driver's license

NICE TO HAVE

∙ Experience with ADA/accessibility modifications (grab bars, walk-in showers, etc.) ∙ Familiarity with reading basic project plans or scopes of work

WHAT WE OFFER
