Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Remodeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various remodeling tasks, including residential and commercial projects. This role requires a hands-on approach to transforming spaces, and ensuring high-quality workmanship. Duties Execute remodeling projects from start to finish, including kitchen and bathroom renovations, room additions, and exterior updates. Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to complete tasks such as framing, drywall installation, and cabinetry work. Perform masonry work and hardscape installations as needed for outdoor projects. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert advice on design and materials. Conduct construction estimating to ensure projects remain within budget and timelines. Operate heavy equipment safely when required for larger remodeling tasks. Maintain a clean and organized construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Document progress using software such as Bluebeam for project management and client updates. Skills Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools relevant to remodeling tasks. Experience with construction site operations, including safety protocols and equipment handling. Knowledge of construction estimating practices to accurately assess project costs. Skills in cabinet installation, roofing techniques, masonry work, and hardscape design. Ability to operate heavy equipment safely when necessary for specific projects. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship.
