Job Summary We're seeking experienced Cleaning Professionals to provide high-quality residential vacant move-out and post-construction cleaning services throughout the Greater Austin area, including Round Rock, Pflugerville, Kyle, and surrounding communities. We work with property management companies, real estate professionals, builders, and general contractors who rely on us to prepare vacant homes and newly completed construction projects to move-in-ready standards. Duties Perform detailed residential vacant move-out cleaning for apartments, townhomes, and single-family homes. Clean interior appliances, including ovens, refrigerators, microwaves, and other built-in appliances. Thoroughly clean cabinets, countertops, fixtures, baseboards, doors, windowsills, light switches, and other interior surfaces to meet move-out standards. Clean a variety of flooring materials using proper cleaning methods and products. Perform post-construction cleaning, including the removal of construction dust, paint overspray, adhesive residue, caulk residue, stickers, and other construction debris. Use proper cleaning techniques to protect newly installed flooring, cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, windows, and other finished surfaces. Follow detailed work orders, quality standards, and project checklists. Take clear before-and-after photos as required for quality control. Communicate professionally regarding project updates, questions, or scope changes. Complete assigned work efficiently while maintaining a high level of quality. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience in residential vacant move-out cleaning. Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience in post-construction cleaning. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Knowledge of proper cleaning methods for a variety of flooring materials and interior finishes. Experience working around newly installed or luxury materials without causing damage. Ability to safely use professional cleaning products and equipment. Reliable transportation. Smartphone capable of taking and uploading clear before-and-after photos. Ability to read and communicate in English, as all work orders, checklists, quality standards, and project communications are provided in English. General Liability Insurance is required before accepting your first project. Applicants who do not currently carry coverage must be willing to obtain it before accepting assignments. Work Environment Residential vacant move-out and post-construction cleaning only. We do not perform recurring residential housekeeping, occupied-home cleaning, Airbnb or vacation rental turnovers, office janitorial services, or overnight commercial cleaning. Most projects are completed by teams of two or more; however, smaller apartments and homes may occasionally be completed independently. Contractors are assigned specific work areas and are responsible for the quality of their assigned areas only. Every project includes detailed checklists, quality standards, and required documentation. Pay Pay is on a per-project basis and varies depending on the size, scope, and condition of each property. Project opportunities are offered based on work quality, reliability, communication, and availability. Larger residential properties and post-construction projects offer additional earning opportunities.
