- Full-time M Group Residential is building a permanent in-house unit-turn crew serving apartment communities across Dallas-Fort Worth. We are seeking an experienced Drywall & Texture Technician who can complete wall and ceiling repairs cleanly, safely, and with a finish that passes inspection the first time. Pay & Benefits $23
- 28 per hour, based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and rent discount Professional development and growth opportunities What You'll Do Repair and replace damaged drywall on apartment walls and ceilings Hang, tape, bed, sand, and finish sheetrock to a paint-ready condition Match common wall and ceiling textures and blend repairs into existing surfaces Identify and report water damage, unsafe conditions, or repairs outside the approved scope Protect flooring, fixtures, occupied areas, and adjacent finishes before work begins Estimate materials and communicate shortages before they delay the job Coordinate with painters and make-ready technicians to complete turns on schedule Complete cleanup, photos, and first-pass quality control with the crew supervisor What You Bring Proven experience repairing drywall on both walls and ceilings Ability to independently hang, tape, bed, sand, and match common textures Ability to use drywall tools and equipment safely and keep work areas controlled Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to travel among assigned DFW apartment communities Dependable attendance, clear communication, and ownership of finish quality Preferred Qualifications Apartment unit-turn, occupied-unit repair, painting, minor carpentry, or bilingual English/Spanish experience is preferred.
