This is not an entry-level position. Applicants must have hands-on experience producing clean, professional drywall finishes.

Responsibilities:

• Hang and secure drywall on custom-framed media walls
• Measure and make accurate cuts around TVs, fireplaces, shelves, niches, and electrical openings
• Install corner bead and finish inside and outside corners
• Tape, bed, and apply multiple coats of joint compound
• Achieve smooth Level 4 finishes suitable for paint
• Perform detailed sanding and identify imperfections
• Protect the customer's home and maintain a clean work area
• Work efficiently while meeting our quality standards

Requirements:

• Professional drywall installation and finishing experience
• Ability to produce straight corners, smooth seams, and paint-ready surfaces
• Experience working with setting-type compounds such as 45- and 90-minute mud
• Ability to read a tape measure and follow project dimensions
• Reliable transportation to jobs throughout the DFW area
• Dependable, punctual, and professional around customers
• Must bring basic hand tools required for the position
• Ability to lift drywall and construction materials safely
• Strong attention to detail
• Photos or videos of previous drywall work are required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience finishing custom media walls, niches, built-ins, or fireplace structures
• Experience achieving Level 5 finishes
• Experience with drywall repair, texture matching, priming, or painting
• Availability for occasional longer workdays or weekend projects
