The ideal candidate will have a background in various relatable techniques and able to deliver high-quality results on projects. This role involves working on a variety of waterproofing installations related to various phases of commercial construction, ensuring that all work meets our standards of excellence. Bilingual (English/Spanish) encouraged to apply. No experience? No problem. On the job training is available for motivated candidates! Pay is based on experience. Performance evaluation after first 90 days and room for growth! Por favor, solicite la descripción del trabajo en español Responsibilities Collaborate with project Superintendent to ensure project timelines and specifications are met. Coordinate with project Superintendent to ensure material stock and equipment are in order for each project Execute waterproofing tasks including application and knowledge of building envelope systems with close attention to detail. Fabricate custom components as required for specific projects. Conduct thorough inspections of finished work to ensure quality standards are upheld. Assist in estimating materials and labor for daily tasks. Uphold a high level of integrity and responsibility. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols. Own and maintain trade tools within 30 days of employment. Must have reliable transportation to each jobsite. Willingness to learn and work with others. Maintain acceptable attendance and be ready to work. Ability to perform physical duties for duration of each shift. Skills Bilingual- Spanish/English (preferred but not required) Knowledge of construction management principles. Experience with building envelope is a plus. Familiarity with waterproofing application methods. Ability to perform work on schedules with deadlines. Expertise in time management. Strong fabrication skills for custom project requirements. Experience in remodeling projects, demonstrating versatility in various tasks. Ability to measure, cut, and install effectively. Competence in jobsite safety and working with various teams.
