Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Gutter Install Technician to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality gutter systems on residential and commercial properties, ensuring proper function and durability. Your expertise will help enhance building protection against water damage while providing excellent service to our clients. This position offers an energetic work environment where safety, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction are top priorities. Duties Measure and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine gutter installation specifications Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and scaffolding safely to install gutters, downspouts, and related components Follow construction plans and blueprint specifications accurately for each project Fabricate and modify gutter sections as needed to fit building structures precisely Install fixtures such as brackets, hangers, and sealants like caulking to ensure leak-proof systems Conduct quality inspections during and after installation to meet safety standards and client expectations Assist with remodeling projects involving building material installation, drywall finishing, or tile masonry when required Requirements Proven experience in gutter installation or related construction fields with a strong understanding of building material installation Proficiency in using tape measures, hand tools, power tools, and other construction equipment Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans accurately Knowledge of construction management practices and estimating processes is a plus Experience with plumbing, electrical work, or fixture installation enhances versatility on the job site Comfortable working at heights using ladders safely and effectively Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members Construction site experience with an emphasis on safety protocols and quality workmanship Familiarity with materials such as drywall, plastering compounds, caulking products, and framing techniques is advantageous Join us as a Gutter Install Technician where your skills will directly contribute to protecting properties from water damage while advancing your career in the construction industry.
