Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled, licensed Tradesman to join our construction team. As a Tradesman, you will be responsible for performing various tasks on a construction site, including construction, restoration, and installation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring the highest quality of work.

Responsibilities:

• Perform tasks on a construction site, including construction, restoration, and installation of various materials.
• Read and follow blueprints and schematics to ensure accuracy and quality of work.
• Use power tools and other equipment to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Inspect construction sites to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Install drywall, cabinets, and other materials as needed.
• Finish concrete surfaces to a high standard.
• Install glass and other materials as required.
• Restore and repair damaged materials or structures.
• Participate in the construction process, including framing, roofing, and finishing.
• Maintain a clean and organized construction site.
• Work collaboratively with other tradespeople to complete projects on time and within budget.

Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in plumbing, with current Plumbing Board License
• Proven experience with construction techniques and methods.
• Familiarity with construction site safety regulations.
• Knowledge of power tools and their proper use.
• Experience with construction inspection and quality control.
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new construction techniques and materials.

Skills:

• Plumbing, construction, and restoration techniques.
• Power tool operation.
• Knowledge of construction site safety regulations.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and schematics.
• Experience with cabinet installation.
• Experience with glass installation.
• Experience with concrete finishing.
