Red Rock Construction & Remodel is a growing residential remodeling company looking for an experienced and reliable Drywall Installer / Drywall Finisher to join our team. We are specifically looking for someone with hands-on experience working with drywall , including drywall installation, patching, taping, mudding, sanding, and texture. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently, paying attention to detail, and delivering clean, professional-quality results. Experience in general residential construction and remodeling is a strong plus , but our main priority is finding someone who has solid drywall experience and knows the trade. What You'll Do Install and repair drywall in residential remodeling projects Perform drywall patching and repairs Tape drywall seams and joints Apply joint compound (mud) and perform proper finishing Sand and prepare surfaces for painting Apply drywall texture and match existing textures Repair holes, cracks, water damage, and other drywall issues Prepare walls and ceilings for a smooth, finished appearance Follow project scopes, measurements, and instructions Maintain clean and organized work areas Work independently and as part of a team Assist with other remodeling or construction tasks when needed What We're Looking For Previous hands-on experience with drywall is required Strong experience with drywall patching, taping, mudding, sanding, and finishing Experience with drywall texture is highly preferred Ability to produce clean, professional-quality drywall finishes Good attention to detail Reliable, hardworking, and dependable Able to follow instructions and work efficiently Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Experience in general construction or residential remodeling is a plus What We Offer Starting pay: $20/hour , based on experience and skill level Consistent work with a growing remodeling company Opportunities for growth Variety of residential remodeling projects Opportunity to develop additional construction skills Professional and organized work environment Bi-weekly pay Flexible schedule About the Position This position is primarily focused on drywall work .
