Job Summary Join our dynamic remodeling team as a Remodeling Crew Member, where your skills and enthusiasm will help transform spaces and bring clients' visions to life! In this role, you'll be an essential part of a collaborative crew dedicated to high-quality building and renovation projects. Your hands-on expertise in construction, remodeling, and installation will contribute to creating beautiful, functional environments across various residential and commercial properties. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your craft while working on diverse construction projects, ensuring each project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Assist in the demolition, preparation, and remodeling of interior and exterior spaces according to project plans and specifications Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to install building materials such as flooring, tile, drywall, trim, stucco, and glass Perform tasks including window installation, door hanging, caulking, plastering, and stucco application with precision and attention to detail Interpret technical drawings and construction plans to ensure accurate execution of remodeling projects Conduct construction inspections to verify quality control and adherence to safety protocols throughout each phase of work Collaborate with team members on site management tasks such as material handling, layout marking, and site cleanup Support electrical and plumbing installations when required, following safety standards and technical specifications Ensure compliance with all safety protocols while working outdoors or in confined spaces on various construction sites Qualifications Proven construction experience with a focus on remodeling or building material installation Skilled in carpentry, trim carpentry, tile laying, flooring installation, window installation, door hanging, plastering, caulking, stucco application, and hardscape work Familiarity reviewing construction plans and managing project documentation Ability to interpret technical drawings and construction plans accurately Experience operating hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and outdoor work environments Knowledge of safety protocol adherence on active construction sites Basic electrical experience and understanding of plumbing systems are a plus Strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail and teamwork skills Valid experience in outdoor work settings across diverse projects is preferred Join us in creating exceptional spaces! $24.10 - $30.00 per hour
