We're building SwanZen around a simple idea: take exceptional care of our clients' homes while creating a workplace where cleaners are treated like professionals. We're currently interviewing ahead of our launch. Employment will begin as our first client schedules are established, and we'll keep qualified candidates updated throughout the process.

Every team member receives training in the SwanZen cleaning method and quality standards. What You'll Do You'll care for clients' homes according to the SwanZen Standard, including: Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas Dusting, wiping surfaces, vacuuming, and mopping Following room-by-room cleaning procedures and quality checklists Reviewing client preferences before each visit Completing a final quality inspection Working with your teammates to provide consistent, thoughtful service Treating clients' homes, belongings, and privacy with care and respect You Might Be a
