•Painter / Drywall Technician We're looking for skilled, dependable painters to join our growing team. Our projects include multifamily properties and commercial spaces throughout the Washington area. If you take pride in quality workmanship, have a strong work ethic, and can work both independently and as part of a team, we'd like to hear from you. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by sanding, cleaning, patching, and masking. Apply paint to walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and other surfaces using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment. Mix and match paint colors as needed. Protect floors, furniture, fixtures, and surrounding work areas. Maintain a clean and organized jobsite during and after each project. Complete drywall repairs, including removing damaged drywall, installing new drywall, taping, mudding, sanding, and finishing. Assist with light repairs and general property maintenance when needed. Move materials, furniture, and equipment as required. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of recent professional painting experience required. Drywall repair and finishing experience strongly preferred. General maintenance or apartment turnover experience is a plus. Available to work weekdays, generally 9:00 AM-5:00 PM . Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must be at least 18 years old. Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work with limited supervision. Good verbal and written communication skills. Able to stand for extended periods, climb ladders, and lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. Able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality and productivity. Why Join Us?
