We handle both commercial and residential projects — new construction, remodels, and fire/water restoration. Position Summary We're seeking a skilled drywall installer/finisher who can also paint, to support our restoration and remodel projects. This is a hands-on trade role for someone who takes pride in clean finish work from rough hang to final coat. Responsibilities Hang, tape, mud, and sand drywall to a Level 4/5 finish as required Match existing textures (orange peel, knockdown, smooth) on repair and restoration jobs Patch and repair drywall damaged by fire, water, or general wear Prep surfaces and apply primer and finish coats (interior/exterior) Read basic plans and follow project specs and scope of work Coordinate with painter foreman & project manager on scheduling, job progress, and turnover to painting scope. Maintain a clean, safe jobsite; protect flooring, fixtures, and finished surfaces Accurately estimate material needs for assigned scope Support Paint crew as needed. Qualifications 2+ years of drywall installation and finishing experience Experience with texture matching, a strong plus (common in restoration work) Comfortable working in occupied homes and on active job sites Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Own hand tools; company provides larger equipment Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders/scaffolding Bilingual (Spanish/English) Preferred Painting experience (brush, roll, spray) preferred Insurance restoration experience WA contractor/trade certification What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Growth opportunity with an established, licensed contractor
