We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Remodeling Technician to join our team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, can work both independently and as part of a team, and wants to grow with our company. Responsibilities As a Remodeling Technician, you may work on a variety of residential remodeling and renovation projects.

Responsibilities may include:

Removal and job-site preparation Flooring installation Trim, doors, cabinets, and finish carpentry Kitchen and bathroom remodeling Painting and finishing work Installing fixtures and other home finishes General home repairs and improvements Loading, unloading, and organizing tools and materials Maintaining a clean and safe job site Protecting customers' homes and belongings while work is being completed Communicating with project managers, homeowners, and other team members Properly using and caring for company tools and equipment Completing work according to company quality standards and project timelines Assisting with other remodeling and construction tasks as needed What We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is someone who: Has previous remodeling, construction, carpentry, or similar experience Is dependable and consistently shows up on time Takes pride in producing high-quality work Pays attention to detail Can follow instructions and complete assigned tasks Is comfortable working independently when needed Works well as part of a team Communicates professionally with customers and coworkers Can problem-solve when unexpected situations arise on a project Keeps job sites organized and clean Is willing to learn new skills and take feedback Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to travel to job sites throughout our service area Ability to safely lift and carry construction materials, tools, and equipment Ability to perform physical construction work, including standing, bending, kneeling, climbing, and lifting throughout the workday Comfortable using common hand and power tools Ability to work in occupied customer homes in a respectful and professional manner Must be able to follow company safety procedures Previous remodeling or construction experience is preferred.
