Job Description
Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Renovator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various renovation or maintenance tasks while being capable of transforming apartments to homes. This role requires a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Duties Perform renovations and remodeling projects, including but not limited to:
- Stucco application and repair
- Concrete finishing for surfaces and structures
- Tile laying for floors, walls, and backsplashes
- Install glass fixtures such as windows and mirrors
- frame carpentry tasks including framing walls and structures , Painting , Drywall Plumbing (clearing of stopped drain lines and other plumbing issues and repairs/installation of faucets, sinks, garbage disposals, and toilets) Electrical (Repair/replacement of outlet, switches and light fixture, replacement blown bulbs, test fire alarms, and electrical repair) Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks Collaborate with team members to plan and execute renovation projects efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the renovation process Qualifications Proven•related fields Proficiency is required in 2 or more of the following: stucco application, concrete finishing, tile laying, framing carpentry, glass installation, electrical , plumbing , hvac, drywall Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites Ability to Drive and back up truck and trailer We invite qualified candidates who are driven to apply for this exciting opportunity.
