Full-Time Salary:

$71,000-$80,000 We're looking for an experienced Restoration Technician, Carpenter, Drywall Technician, or Construction Professional to join an environmental services team working on damaged properties and restoration projects.

What You'll Do:

Perform carpentry, trim work, door hanging, casing & base installation Operate power tools and table saws safely Install, tape, mud, sand and finish drywall Perform painting, texturing, spraying and roller finishes Match stains and apply appropriate finishes Support fire, flood, wind and structural damage restoration Maintain clean and organized job sites Coordinate with Project Managers and property owners Participate in emergency/on-call board-up rotations Travel within the regional tri-state area when required

What We're Looking For:

High School Diploma or equivalent 2-4 years of experience in carpentry, painting, drywall or related construction Working knowledge of construction methods and property restoration Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Professional communication and customer-service mindset Valid driver's license Wisconsin Dwelling Contractor license or equivalent preferred/required as applicable ⭐ Additional restoration certifications are a plus:

IICRC FSRT WRT ASD OCT OSHA 10/30
