Position Summary The Drywall Repairer is Responsible for performing basic drywall patching, surface preparation, and minor finishing tasks. Supports senior drywall repairers by handling small repairs, maintaining work areas, and ensuring projects meet quality and safety requirements. Key Responsibilities Understand methods & equipment involved in all drywall repair work Operation of tools/equipment required to complete all assigned repair work Completion of all assigned repairs, touch-ups, etc., in a timely and professional manner. Backchecking all completed work Double-check finish quality & document insufficiencies Maintenance & cleanliness of all tools & equipment assigned Reporting of assigned vehicle maintenance issues & vehicle cleanliness Application, removal & disposal of masking as needed. Clean up of dust/debris in all affected areas of repair Loading and unloading of material, equipment & tools Return of leftover material to the shop Documentation of billable time & materials on each job Overall quality and thoroughness of repair work for each assigned job Other related duties as assigned Qualifications Residential and Commercial Experience Valid driver's license Oral communication skills Knowledge of materials, tools, equipment & methods used in drywall repair Time management/self-motivation Attention to detail Able to meet physical demands and work in all weather conditions typically found in construction
