Position Summary The Drywall Sprayer applies medium-texture drywall finishes to walls and ceilings using spray equipment. This role ensures surfaces meet project specifications, operates equipment safely, and maintains an organized work area while supporting efficient workflow on residential or commercial projects. Key Responsibilities Prepare walls, ceilings, and surrounding areas for spraying, including masking and protecting surfaces Operate spray equipment to apply texture drywall finishes consistently and efficiently Ensure finished surfaces meet project specifications and quality standards Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Inspect work for quality and correct imperfections as needed Coordinate with crew members and supervisor to support project timelines Loading/ unloading of materials, equipment, and tools Training of new hires as needed Qualifications Driver's License Ability to lift 60 lbs. Attention to detail Knowledge of materials, tools, equipment & methods used in spray applications Ability to operate a forklift Ability to lift to 60 lbs 2 years of spraying experience preferred
