Mr Handyman of Waukesha is looking for a Skilled Craftsman to help us deliver exceptional residential and light commercial repair, maintenance, and improvement services throughout Waukesha County. This is not just another handyman job — this is a leadership opportunity for a skilled professional ready to mentor others, manage projects efficiently, and represent a trusted 20+ year brand in the community. What You'll Do As a craftsman, you will: Perform a wide range of home repairs and improvements, including: Drywall repair & painting Trim & carpentry work Door & window repair/replacement Deck and exterior repairs Minor plumbing & electrical Tile & flooring repairs Lead job sites and ensure work is completed efficiently and professionally Mentor and support junior technicians Communicate clearly with customers regarding scope, timeline, and expectations Provide accurate job notes, material lists, and documentation Uphold safety standards and company quality expectations Help maintain a positive team culture What We're Looking For 8+ years of hands-on residential or light commercial repair experience Strong carpentry skills required Ability to independently manage projects from start to finish Excellent problem-solving skills Professional appearance and strong customer communication skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to pass background check and drug screening Comfortable using smartphones/tablets for job tracking Leadership experience is strongly preferred.
