Job Description
Qualifications Reliable and punctual with a strong willingness to learn the electrical trade Previous construction or electrical experience preferred, but not required Basic knowledge of hand and power tools Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately Willingness to work in indoor and outdoor environments under varying conditions Physically able to lift materials, climb ladders, and perform repetitive tasks Strong attention to safety and job site awareness Valid, non-restricted driver's license preferred Responsibilities Assist electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems Support rough-in, trim-out, and final installation tasks under supervision Gather, organize, and transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Follow all safety procedures, electrical codes, and company policies Perform basic electrical tasks as skills develop, under direct supervision Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines Demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn the trade
