This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in the electrical trade. The Electrician Helper will work under the supervision of experienced electricians, gaining hands-on experience in various electrical tasks within commercial and construction environments. Duties Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in commercial buildings. Learn to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints. Use voltmeters and other testing equipment to troubleshoot electrical issues. Support experienced electricians in low voltage and high voltage projects. Participate in frame carpentry tasks as needed to support electrical installations. Maintain a clean and organized work environment on construction sites. Follow safety protocols and regulations while working with power tools and electrical systems. Experience Basic understanding of electrical concepts and terminology is preferred. Experience or familiarity with construction site operations is a plus. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Willingness to learn new skills related to commercial electrician duties. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
